Does uttering the words "I have divorced" constitute a divorce, even if said falsely, without the intention of divorce, whether seriously or in jest?

The preponderant view is that whoever falsely informs his wife that she is divorced, her divorce does not religiously occur, but he must repent to Allah Almighty from lying.
