Is a man considered unjust to his second wife if he asks her to temporarily go to her family due to financial circumstances that prevent him from providing two homes, knowing that he has given her her maintenance and she was content?

A husband must be just among his wives concerning overnight stays, financial support, and housing. This is a condition for the permissibility of polygyny, based on the Almighty's saying: (But if you fear that you will not be just, then [marry only] one). Whoever does not act justly between them will come on the Day of Resurrection with his side inclined. Therefore, it is not permissible for a husband to favor one wife by sending the other to her family. Rather, he must be just between them, unless one of them willingly waives her right without coercion. He should keep this wife for a period, then return her and bring the other, or reconcile with the one he sent back.
