Sodomy is one of the gravest major sins, and its perpetrator deserves to be stoned if he is an adult. Nevertheless, this does not affect the permissibility of marrying the sister of the passive partner, because she is not among the women forbidden in the Quran or . And whoever has committed this should continue their repentance and remorse.
