If the heirs are the husband, two full brothers, and one full sister, the husband receives one-half due to the absence of children. The remainder goes to the two brothers and the sister by ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. As for the children of the full brother and the sister from the father's side, they do not inherit due to the presence of full siblings. The inheritance is divided into ten shares: the husband receives five, each brother receives two, and the sister receives one. It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for a precise investigation, as there might be hidden heirs, wills, or debts.
