The Qur’an was heard from the Prophet (peace be upon him) by the jinn on multiple occasions. One of these was without the Prophet (peace be upon him) being aware of their presence, and another was when he went to them with the intention of doing so. The that the Prophet (peace be upon him) recited was Surah Ar-Rahman, and this does not preclude him from having recited other surahs.
