Is it permissible to marry the daughter of a maternal uncle with whom one did not breastfeed, if one was breastfed by the mother of another maternal uncle, who is of the same age, for approximately two months?

This issue has two scenarios:

1. If the questioner was suckled by her grandmother along with her maternal uncle: In this case, all of the grandmother's children become siblings to the questioner. Therefore, she is not permitted to marry the daughter of her eldest maternal uncle, because that girl would be her niece through suckling.

2. If the maternal uncle was suckled along with the questioner by her mother or another woman besides her grandmother: In this case, this maternal uncle becomes her brother through suckling, and his daughters become her nieces. Thus, marriage to them is not permissible. As for the maternal uncle's brothers who were not suckled with the questioner, there is no objection to marrying their daughters, as the prohibitive relationship (mahramiyyah) does not exist.
