Am I to inherit from my paternal aunt while my paternal uncle is still alive, given that my father has passed away?

The son of a deceased brother does not inherit if there is a full brother or a paternal brother, because the closer (relative) blocks the more distant (relative), based on the Hadith: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the closest male."
