First: Pool water is pure unless its color, taste, or smell changes due to an impurity, even if an impurity mixes with it. This is because it is usually more than two qullahs. Second: Urinating in stagnant water, such as pools, is forbidden, as it pollutes the water and may render it impure, based on the hadith: "None of you should urinate into stagnant water that does not flow, and then bathe in it." Third: Entering the pool with clothes that have light impurities, such as madhi (pre-seminal fluid) or wadi (thick white fluid after urination), is less severe than urinating in it. This is because these impurities are minor, and their effect on a large quantity of water is negligible. However, it is preferable to purify the clothes before entering to maintain the cleanliness of the water.
