Is it permissible for the contractor to take the difference in wages between what the employer pays him and what he pays the workers, whether for daily wages or monthly salaries?

It is permissible for a person to take five dinars for every worker he brings to a workshop, provided the workshop owner gives permission for that. If he takes it from the workers, it is considered a fee for providing work. If he takes it from the workshop owner, it is part of his wage. However, taking it without the employer's permission is considered a bribe.
