What is the ruling on bringing books containing pictures into the mosque for the purpose of studying from them?

It is not permissible to enter the mosque with prominent images, such as those on book covers, because angels do not enter a house in which there is an image. As for hidden and unintentional images inside a book, there is no harm in them, but the more complete action is to obscure the face of the image.
