Marriage is the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace be upon him, and abandoning it out of disinterest is not part of his Sunnah, for he, peace be upon him, said: "Whoever turns away from my Sunnah is not of me." The Prophet, peace be upon him, forbade celibacy, dedicating oneself entirely to worship, and abstaining from marriage. He also did not permit castration to suppress desire. Therefore, it is advisable to remind the brother concerned of this and encourage him to marry with wisdom and gentleness, as long as he has the physical ability.
