Is it obligatory to change the apartment where previous marriages that ended in divorce took place, for fear of people's talk and glances, or is changing it considered a form of prohibited pessimism?

If you dislike residing in this house and fear that you may have been harmed by living in it, then there is no blame upon you for moving out of it so that the marriage can take place elsewhere, while believing that everything is by Allah's decree and the house has no bearing on this matter. This is not the prohibited type of "tiyarah" (superstitious omen).
