Is working at the Central Bank of Egypt considered assisting with usury, and does the Hadith: "Allah has cursed the one who consumes usury, its ರಿwriter, and its two witnesses" apply to it?

It is not permissible to work in the Central Bank or any other usurious banks, because it formulates the policy of usurious banks and lays down their laws. This constitutes aiding in dealing with usury, and Allah Almighty has said: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
