Which is better: reciting ruqyah for the sick or calling people to Allah, knowing that most of the time is spent on ruqyah, which prevents one from reciting the daily portion (wird) of the Qur’an?

It is best to follow the guidance of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, by making da'wah (inviting to Islam) your primary goal. If you find someone who needs ruqyah (exorcism/healing through prayer), connect them with Allah, encourage them to supplicate, and speak to them about the correct 'aqeedah (creed), the importance of rectifying their beliefs, and the necessity of ridding themselves of anything that contradicts it. Urge them to perform ruqyah on themselves, for their own supplication might be answered, as Allah the Almighty says: "Is not He who responds to the distressed one when he calls upon Him, and removes the evil" (Quran 27:62). Then, it is permissible for you to perform ruqyah on them, just as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would occasionally perform ruqyah. Be diligent in reciting the Quran, and the authentic protective supplications and invocations of seeking refuge, for the raqi (one who performs ruqyah) is a target for sorcerers and devils. If they become heedless of remembrance (dhikr), there is a fear of their schemes against them.
