If the deceased woman bequeathed her wealth to be divided among her heirs or some of them after her death, this is a bequest to an heir, which is forbidden by Islamic law, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "There is no bequest to an heir." It is not enforceable unless the heirs permit it.
