The Qur’an often speaks about the jihad of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and his Companions in Surahs Al Imran, Al-Anfal, Al-Ahzab, Al-Fath, At-Tawbah, Muhammad (Qital), Al-Mumtahinah, and others. Furthermore, it frequently discusses doctrines and rulings related to them and the rest of the Ummah in Surahs Al-Baqarah, An-Nisa, Al-Ma'idah, Al-An'am, Ar-Ra'd, An-Nahl, Al-Isra, Al-Hajj, Al-Mu'minun, An-Nur, Al-Furqan, Al-Jumu'ah, At-Talaq, At-Tahrim, and others.
