Does Allah Almighty's reference to the Prophet in parts of the Qur'an, such as Surat Ad-Duha, also include a reference to us?

Divine discourses in the Holy Quran are divided into three categories: general discourses addressed to all accountable individuals, discourses specific to the Prophet (peace be upon him) alone, and discourses addressed to the Prophet (peace be upon him) in word, but encompassing the Ummah in meaning and action. It is not permissible to apply verses specific to the Prophet (peace be upon him) to others, such as the verse: ﴿And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied.﴾ (Quran 93:5), for it is specific to him to comfort and strengthen him. As for the commands at the end of Surat Ad-Duha, some scholars consider them exclusive to the Prophet (peace be upon him), while others believe that some are specific and some are general, such as: ﴿But as for the favor of your Lord, relate [it].﴾ (Quran 93:11).
