What is the ruling on using verses such as: "All praise is due to Allah, who has guided us to this; and never would we have been guided had not Allah guided us"?

If "usage" means speaking a verse or part of a verse during a conversation (quoting), then there is no harm in it, as long as it does not involve belittling the Qur'an, jesting, idle talk, or attributing to Allah what He attributes to Himself. This is because it has been reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) and some of the Salaf did so.
