Is it permissible to take the monthly cash amount paid by the contractor in lieu of providing housing, transportation, and food, and distribute it among the project's workers from the consulting firm, knowing that there is a headquarters managed by another company?

It is obligatory for the employer to fulfill what they committed to provide the worker, such as housing and transportation, based on the Almighty's saying: (O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts), and His saying: (And fulfill [every] commitment. Indeed, the commitment will be questioned), and the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." It is permissible for both parties to agree on a sum of money in exchange for housing and transportation. The worker's acquisition of housing from another source does not negate their right to what their employer committed to provide.
