Is the ḥadīth that mentions that Omar killed a hypocrite who rejected the Messenger's judgment for the Jew authentic?

The aforementioned hadith was narrated by Ibn Abi Hatim, Ibn Mardawayh, Al-Suyuti, and others with similar wordings, stating that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I did not think that Omar would dare to kill a believer." So Allah revealed: "But no, by your Lord, they will not believe until they make you judge in disputes between them, and then find no discomfort in themselves from what you have decided and submit in full submission." The blood of that man was deemed lawful to shed, and Omar was cleared of his killing. Allah disliked that this (practice) be established thereafter, so He revealed: "And if We had ordained upon them, 'Kill yourselves'..." In another narration, Gabriel, peace be upon him, said: "Indeed, Omar distinguished between truth and falsehood." This hadith is weak and cannot be used as proof due to the presence of the defect of irsal (missing link in the chain of narration) and the weakness of Ibn Lahi'ah.
