What is the ruling on a Muslim believing and stating that a horse and a tiger are more beautiful than a human in terms of physical symmetry and colors?

A Muslim is not to give free rein to their belief and tongue, for Allah has honored humans above all other animals, created them in the best stature, and fashioned them in the most beautiful form. Therefore, it is not permissible for a Muslim to say or believe that animals such as horses and tigers are more beautiful than humans, as this is a denial of the verses [of the Quran], an act of stubbornness, and an overstepping of what is established.
