Does the supplication for a newborn with "O Allah, make her righteous, and cause her to grow in a goodly manner, and make her dutiful to her parents" contain an error?

It is permissible to supplicate for a newborn girl by saying: "May Allah rectify her, and make her grow in a good manner, and make her dutiful to her parents." The present tense verbs indicate the future. As for the specific wording of congratulations for a newborn, no particular Prophetic Sunnah has been established for it. There is an narration attributed to Al-Hasan Al-Basri concerning it, but its chain of transmission is weak. However, scholars have recommended supplicating with what was narrated from him: "May you thank the Giver, and may you be blessed in what has been bestowed upon you, and may he reach his full strength, and may you be granted his righteousness." Or what was narrated from Ayyoub Al-Sakhtiyani: "May Allah make him blessed for you and for the Ummah of Muhammad."
