What is the ruling on tattooing to conceal skin fissures that appear as a result of changes in weight, pregnancy, or growth, given that the tattoo is the color of the natural skin?

Tattooing is strictly forbidden and considered one of the major sins, due to the curses mentioned upon tattooists and those who seek tattoos, and those who alter Allah's creation. Tattooing involves inserting a needle into the skin and filling it with kohl or lime to make it green. However, tattooing is permissible to remove a disease, such as covering the trace of a disfigurement from a burn. As for white lines resulting from pregnancy or weight loss, they are not considered a disease. In this case, tattooing would be for the purpose of seeking beauty and embellishment, thus falling under the curse.
