Why did the wording differ between "standing firm for Allah as witnesses to justice" and "standing firm with justice as witnesses for Allah," as well as "fully aware of what you do" and "of what you do fully aware," in the two noble verses?

The advancement and delay [in word order] in the Holy Quran is a prevalent rhetorical style, and multiple examples have been mentioned for it, such as: (and enter the gate in submission and say: 'Hittah!') in Al-Baqarah, and (and say: 'Hittah!' and enter the gate in submission) in Al-A'raf. And in Surah Al-Baqarah (and the Christians and the Sabeans), and in Al-Hajj (and the Sabeans and the Christians). And among them (Say: 'Indeed, the guidance of Allah is the [true] guidance') in Al-Baqarah and Al-An'am, and (Say: 'Indeed, the guidance is the guidance of Allah') in Al-Imran. Although commentators have not explained the reason for this advancement and delay, its eloquence and beauty are evident.
