How many pillars does "There is no god but Allah" have?

The phrase "Lā ilāha illā Allāh" (There is no god but Allah) has two pillars: negation and affirmation. It negates divinity for anything other than Allah and affirms it for Him, the Exalted. Thus, it is disbelief in Taghut and belief in Allah, in accordance with His, the Almighty's, saying: "So whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold," and His saying: "And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [proclaiming], 'Worship Allah and avoid Taghut.'"
