What is the ruling on swearing by "I divorce you thrice that all of this is a lie" and "You are forbidden to me like my mother and sister that all of this is a lie" to repel false accusations from the wife and her family? And what should I do with my wife who does not fear Allah in her dealings?

As long as you were truthful in what you swore by, then no divorce or tahrim (making something impermissible) occurs. Nevertheless, making one's wife haram is not permissible, and swearing by divorce is unlawful. The questioner is advised to discuss the matter with his wife and clarify to her that she does not have the right to own a dwelling or a part of it. Rather, her right upon him is that he provides her with a suitable dwelling. She must reside where her husband resides, and it is not permissible for her to refuse safe travel to live with him, unless she stipulated before marriage that she would reside in her own home. If she does not obey him, he should pursue lawful means of reconciliation with her.
