Is the unintentional mispronunciation of the opening supplication (Duʿāʾ al-Istiftāḥ) in prayer considered polytheism (shirk) against Allah and invalidating of good deeds, especially if it is corrected later?

One who errs or forgets is not held accountable, for Allah Almighty says: "Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we forget or make a mistake," and His saying: "And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred, but [blame applies to] what your hearts intended." One must also distance themselves from obsessive whispering (waswasah) and seek refuge in Allah from the evils of the self and Satan, as narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
