Is supplication answered when the prayer is being established, and where exactly is its place?

The supplication between the adhan and the iqamah is not rejected, and this time includes the period from the adhan until the establishment of the obligatory prayer. This acceptance is conditional upon the supplication not containing sin or breaking kinship ties. Furthermore, the effect of the supplication depends on the supplicant's inner state and resolve. Its effect may be delayed due to a weakness in the supplicant's inner self, or a weakness in their heart and lack of turning to Allah, or due to the presence of impediments such as consuming unlawful gain, injustice, and the rust of sins.
