Allah Almighty says: ﴿So ask the people of the message if you do not know.﴾ [Al-Anbiya: 7]. The fundamental principle is that Muslims are bound by their conditions, and fulfilling contracts is obligatory as Allah Almighty says: ﴿O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts.﴾ [Al-Ma'idah: 1].
