What is the reward for a husband and wife who hold an Islamic wedding free from the mentioned prohibitions and abominations, and how should one respond to those who oppose this, using the excuse that it is "the night of a lifetime" and that "our Lord is forgiving and merciful"?

"The couple's diligence in avoiding sins at wedding celebrations is a great virtue, and it is hoped to be a cause for blessing, success, and marital happiness. Abstaining from sins is among the best acts of worship, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'Avoid unlawful things, and you will be the most devoted worshiper among people.' Lenience towards wedding transgressions, under the pretext that it is 'the night of a lifetime,' is a clear abomination and an obvious fallacy. Marriage is a blessing that necessitates gratitude, and it is impermissible to respond to it with disobedience to Allah. Joy and happiness are not sought through sins, but rather through what Allah has permitted. Sins are a cause of misery and deprivation."
