Is a wife rewarded if she seeks divorce from her husband who curses God, is negligent in prayer and fasting, is addicted to watching pornography, talks to women and men with the intention of spouse swapping, and holds deviant religious ideas that excommunicate some people and permit adultery in Dar al-Harb, while fearing for herself and her daughter from temptation in a foreign land?

The gravest of sins is for the husband to curse Allah and Jesus (peace be upon him). If he does not repent from this, then he is an apostate disbeliever, and it is not permissible to remain with him. He must also be advised regarding his excommunication of Muslims, his negligence in prayer and wasting its time, his absence from Friday and congregational prayers without a valid excuse, his intentional breaking of fast in Ramadan, watching pornographic films, and exchanging wives. He should be advised with wisdom and good admonition. If he repents, then praise be to Allah. But if he does not repent from sins that are less than disbelief, then separation from him is better to safeguard one's religion and soul.
