What is the authenticity of the statement attributed to Sheikh Adnan Ibrahim that all Muslims will enter Paradise, and thus what is the need for prayer?
Adnan Ibrahim is not among the people of knowledge, and he has academic, methodological, and doctrinal deviations. His statements should not be taken. The predecessors of the Ummah (Salaf) unanimously agreed that whoever has an atom's weight of faith in their heart will not abide eternally in Hellfire; rather, they will exit it and enter Paradise after suffering punishment. The statement that "all Muslims will enter Paradise, so do as you please" is false and contrary to the religion, which calls for obedience to Allah and warns against disobeying Him. Paradise is attained through righteous deeds, so the believer strives to attain it. The servant must be diligent in obedience so that their heart does not deviate and their deeds do not become evil, thus making them among the people of Hellfire, for indeed, deeds are judged by their conclusions.
