It is permissible for the questioner to remain in his current job and complete the construction of his house and marriage, due to his need for chastity and protection, especially since his administrative work is originally permissible, and the salary is not forbidden unless forbidden شرعية (religious prohibitions) overwhelmingly dominate the work. He must strive for righteousness, be pious, advise his colleagues, and seek a job free from doubts, relying on Allah, who provides a way out for those who fear Him and sustains them from where they do not expect.
