Is disability a trial from God, and what is its reward? And why did God choose me? What is the cure for shyness and comparison? What is the solution to the problem of marriage and girls' rejection, especially my colleague's daughter whom I have proposed to several times? And how should my relationship with my colleague be after his daughter rejected me?
Affliction is a test from Allah Almighty, and a sign of His love for His servant. It holds immense reward and great merit for those who endure patiently. Indeed, on the Day of Resurrection, those who lived in ease will wish they had been afflicted in the worldly life, due to the great reward of the people of affliction. Patience in the face of affliction makes a servant forget all the calamities they endured in the world when they see the recompense for their patience in the Hereafter. Therefore, one should be patient and have good faith in Allah, for Allah may divert something from a person to reserve for them something better. Moreover, overcoming shyness is possible by seeking Allah's help, mingling with people, and training oneself in courage.
