Is it permissible for a girl to give charity from her mother's money as a perpetual endowment (sadaqah jariyah) without the knowledge of her brothers, while the mother is still alive?

A daughter is not permitted to dispose of her mother's wealth while the mother is alive, except with her permission and complete satisfaction, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Every Muslim's blood, wealth, and honor are sacred to another Muslim," and his saying: "The wealth of a Muslim person is not lawful [to take] except with his willing consent." Similarly, she is not permitted to dispose of her mother's wealth after her death, except for what pertains to her after the division of the inheritance, at which point she may give it as charity on behalf of her mother.
