What is the ruling on concessions for travel for one who has mixed obedience and disobedience in his intention for travel?

Scholars differ concerning the permissibility for a disobedient person to avail himself of the concessions (granted to travelers) during his journey. The Hanafis and the Zahiris permit it, while the majority of scholars prohibit it, arguing that its permissibility would be an aid to sin. He remains disobedient by his journey, even if he intends a permissible matter alongside it. As for one who becomes disobedient during his journey – meaning one for whom an act of disobedience arose during an otherwise permissible journey – he is permitted to avail himself of the concessions without any problem.
