What is the ruling on doubting the removal of impurity (urine) after feeling improvement, and the repeated emission of gases and sounds (flatulence) which increase during ablution and prayer, knowing that one suffers from severe waswasa (obsessive whispering)? And what is the ruling on studying in a mixed class, which is the only one on the girls' floor, and dealing with an unveiled foreign female teacher, and what is the ruling on seeing foreign women when leaving school despite attempting to lower one's gaze?

Whispering (Waswasah) is one of the worst ailments, and its cure lies in turning away from it, ignoring it, and paying no attention to it. If you doubt the emission of urine, do not change your clothes. If you are certain of its emission, then wash the spot on your garment that the urine touched; you are not required to change the garment. As for flatulence: if you suffer from continuous flatulence ( سلس الريح), perform ablution after the prayer time begins and pray your obligatory prayer and whatever supererogatory prayers you wish with that ablution until that time expires. If you know that the emission of flatulence stops at a specific time before the prayer time expires, for a duration sufficient for purification and prayer, then wait until that time comes, perform ablution, and pray. If you doubt the emission of flatulence, do not pay attention to the doubt until you achieve absolute certainty. As for women: lower your gaze from them and do not intentionally look. If your gaze falls upon a woman unintentionally, then avert your gaze from her.
