Does my full brother have a legitimate right to land I bought with my own money earned from my work, knowing that I am not married and my parents are alive, and am I not independent of my father according to Sharia?

The land that a person buys with his own money is his exclusive property; no one shares in it with him, and his brother has no share in it unless its owner gifts it to him. This is based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful [for another] except with his willing consent," and his saying: "None of you should take his brother's belongings, neither seriously nor in jest."
