Is the questioner entitled to benefit from his own money that he sent to his brothers to buy land and establish projects for himself, knowing that his brothers divide what they bought with his money and their father's inheritance equally, and they continuously ask him for money?

What a person earns from his work or owns through legitimate means is considered his private property, and he is allowed to dispose of it in all lawful ways, unless he is legally interdicted or his disposal violates Islamic law. Therefore, what you acquire from your work is your private property, and you are permitted to establish private projects with it without informing your brothers or others, provided that this does not lead to a shortfall in the maintenance of your wife and children, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "It is sufficient sin for a person to neglect those whom he is obliged to support."
