Is it permissible to divide the brothers' money equally if some of them have worked and earned while others have not?

If the division of property is without the owner's consent, it is impermissible. However, if it is with his consent, then there is no objection; because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent."
