Is it permissible to expose the front and back private parts in order to work and travel abroad?

No Islamic state has ever been known to require a medical examination that necessitates the uncovering of private parts for employment. Allah has made it obligatory to preserve one's private parts and has forbidden obedience to a doctor in uncovering them, except out of dire necessity, which is to be estimated proportionally.
