Is it considered forbidden to unintentionally expose part of the chest, hair, or hand in front of people?

When a woman goes out or appears before non-mahram men, she must adhere to the legal hijab, which covers her entire body. The majority of scholars hold that it is obligatory to cover the face and hands. She must be meticulous in her covering, fearing that something of her body or adornment might become exposed during her movement. If she falls short and exposes something, she is sinful. However, if she takes precautions and exerts her effort, and then something becomes uncovered unintentionally, there is no blame upon her.
