Is the word "thank you" (شكرًا) Mohsen said to his wife considered an allusion to divorce (kinayah), and does divorce occur by it if he intended it?

The husband's utterance of "thank you" does not carry the meaning of divorce, so no divorce occurs by it, whether the husband intended it or not. This is because the word does not indicate separation. As Ibn Qudamah mentioned, words that do not resemble divorce or indicate separation, such as "May Allah bless you," are not a kinaya (allusion) and do not effect a divorce even if the husband intended it.
