Is a wife's prayer for God to compensate her with a better husband than her current one considered an act of aggression, especially if the husband accuses her honor, slanders her mother and sisters, curses them with illnesses, lies to her about his identity, uses her name for debts, humiliates her, and forces her into marital relations during menstruation?

It is permissible for a woman to seek divorce if she is harmed by remaining with her husband, especially if her husband abuses and slanders her, as slander (qadhf) is a major sin. There is no blame upon you for praying for separation from your husband if his situation is as you described, and for Allah to replace him with someone better. Nevertheless, you do not know where the good lies, for perhaps he will be guided and be better for you, especially since he is the father of your two daughters, and considering them is important to avoid negative effects on them due to separation. It is wrong for the dispute between you to occur in front of and within earshot of the children. Your husband should strive to make time for you and your daughters and treat you kindly.
