Leasing leading to ownership has permissible and forbidden forms. The lease itself may become invalid if the lessee is obligated to provide a guarantee or maintenance, or if the sale and lease of the car are combined at the same time. If the lease becomes invalid, it must be terminated, and the car owner is entitled to the fair market rent for the preceding period.
