Are there any indications from the Quran and Sunnah or other sources that prove the relationship between Islamic Sharia and human rights?

The Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah forbid aggression against human rights. Allah has forbidden the killing of a soul unjustly, saying: (And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden, except by right). He has forbidden consuming others' wealth unjustly, saying: (And do not consume one another's property wrongfully). He has forbidden slandering one's honor, saying: (Indeed, those who accuse chaste women, unaware [of evil], believing – are cursed in this world and the Hereafter, and for them is a tremendous punishment). He has forbidden injustice, saying: (And whoever among you commits injustice – We will make him taste a great punishment). He has forbidden harm, saying: (And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned have certainly borne slander and manifest sin). He has also legislated retaliation (qisas), cutting off the hand of a thief, stoning the adulterer, and flogging the unmarried person and the slanderer.
