Does uttering the word of divorce via WhatsApp and a court ruling constitute two separate divorces, or is the court's decision a registration of the original divorce? And did the divorce occur twice or once?

- Explicit divorce from a conscious, willing husband is effective, whether spoken directly or via chat programs.

- A revocable divorce occurs if it is after consummation, fewer than three pronouncements, and not for a financial consideration. In this case, the husband has the right to take his wife back during her waiting period ('iddah).

- If the husband divorces his revocable wife with another pronouncement while she is still in her 'iddah, it is effective according to the majority of scholars.

- If the 'iddah expires before reconciliation, the wife becomes irrevocably separated, and the husband cannot take her back except with a new contract. No divorce can affect her after the 'iddah has expired.
