Does not wearing the hijab, despite performing Tarawih and Tahajjud prayers and frequently reciting the Quran, necessitate entry into Hellfire? And is it permissible not to wear the hijab due to feeling distressed when wearing it?

Scholars have agreed on the obligation of hijab (definition), but differed on its description. Ibn Hazm said: "They have agreed that the hair of a free woman and her body, with the exception of her face and hands, are awrah (private parts), and they have differed concerning the face and hands, including their nails, whether they are awrah or not." Jurists have agreed that a woman's ear is awrah and it is not permissible to show it to a non-mahram (definition) man. One who abandons an obligation is sinful or deserving of punishment, though Allah may forgive him. Happiness lies in adhering to the Sharia (definition).
