What is the way to get rid of the sins and transgressions committed by an expatriate due to lust, taking into consideration his inability to bring his wife and cover her living expenses, his fear of straitened circumstances if he returns to his country and leaves his job, especially with constant medical expenses for his sick wife, and his dread of dying in this state?

You must offer sincere repentance for all sins, while being mindful of Allah’s knowledge and His omnipresence. If returning to your country is the only way for you to achieve righteousness, then do so, for preserving one’s religion is paramount. Sustenance is preordained, and fearing Allah is among the greatest means of attaining it. Allah the Almighty says: "And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect." So repent and return to your country immediately if necessary.
