Is the ritual bath valid if the water was cut off during the bathing, and the rest of the body was washed with a small amount of water?

Your ablution is valid if you are reasonably certain that you have

covered your entire body with water, because reasonable certainty is sufficient for performing a complete ablution. However, if you are certain or

doubt that a part of your body was not reached by water, you must

wash only that specific area, as continuity is not a condition for the

validity of ghusl according to the majority of scholars.
